Ticket Information & Refund Policy
Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the show Box Office, located inside of the Hyatt Regency Miami near the James L Knight Center Riverfront Hall.
IMPORTANT: The Show’s Onsite Box Office will ONLY accept Cards.
ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be issued.
Industry Trade Badge Registration Information
Jewelry Industry Trade Professionals will have the opportunity to access the show sales floor before the buying public by participating in the show’s TRADE BADGE PROGRAM. Only registered TRADE BADGE holders will be permitted to bring merchandise into the show. TRADE BADGES will include a photo of the registrant and are non-transferable. Trade Badge and government issued photo ID must be shown each time you enter the show floor.

Prohibited Items on the Show Floor
- Merchandise (except for Trade Badge Holders)
- Hats (except religious head coverings)
- Pets/Animals (except service animals as recognized by ADA policy)
- Professional audio or video recording devices
- Outside food and beverages
- Guns, knives or weapons of any kind
Bag Policy
- No handbags or backpacks larger than 10” x 7”
- All bags are subject to search upon entry.
- A secure bag check will be available onsite.
Bag Check & Metal Detectors
For the safety of our exhibitors and guests, the Miami Jewelry & Watch Show at the Hyatt Regency / James L. Knight Center will have metal detectors at all entrances during general admission public show days as part of enhanced security measures. While this update was recently implemented, we are committed to providing the highest level of security to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The following items are prohibited:
- Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind
- Outside food and beverage
- Laser pointers
- Glowsticks
- Clothing or Accessories with Spikes or Sharp Objects
- Recording devices (audio or video)
- Professional Cameras/GoPros/
Video Surveillance
The Show is Under Video and Camera Surveillance.
Smoking Policy
The Hyatt Regency Miami has a zero tolerance no smoking policy including electronic cigarettes inside or within 50 feet of the venue’s entrance.
Photography/Videography
Cameras, cell phones and other non-professional photography equipment are allowed inside of the show. However, you must first request the exhibitor’s permission to photograph their merchandise. We ask that you respect the exhibitor’s directive on this matter.
We encourage you to share your pre-authorized photos to our official Facebook and Instagram pages and tagging them with the official hashtags: #MiamiJAWS and #MiamiJewelryWatchShow.
Lost and Found Policy
If you lose an item while you are at the show- you can visit the Box Office booth located in the entrance of the Hyatt Regency Miami near the James L Knight Center Riverfront Hall to see if it has been turned in. If the item is not found during the show, please call at 561-822-5440 or email info@palmbeachshow.com
Child Policy
Children are welcome at the Miami Jewelry & Watch Show when accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not required to purchase tickets. Strollers are also permitted inside the show but are subject to search.
Concessions
There will be a café located within the Hyatt Regency Miami with food and beverages available for purchase. No outside food or drinks are permitted on the show floor.
Parking & Transportation
VALET:
Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Miami hotel entrance and includes 24-hour access to your vehicle with in-and-out privileges. Slingshots, motorcycles, vehicles with trailers, dual back wheel trucks, and sprinter vans are not accepted by valet. Parking at the hotel may be limited due to high demand. Valet Parking Rate: Effective June 1st valet parking will be $56 per night.
